Fermentation tank refers to the equipment used in industry for magnetic biological fermentation. Its main body is generally a main type face cylinder made of stainless steel plate, with a capacity of 1m3 to several hundred cubic meters. In the design and processing, attention should be paid to tight and reasonable plum formation, which can withstand steam sterilization, have flexible operation, minimize internal accessories (avoid dead corners), have strong material and energy transfer performance, and can be adjusted in one go for cleaning and pollution reduction. working principle

① Correct pH electrode and dissolved oxygen electrode.

② Sterilization of tanks. Add the culture medium into the tank as needed, seal it as required, and place the small fermentation tank (5L) in a large sterilization pot for sterilization (115 ℃, 30 minutes); Large fermentation tanks use steam sterilization
(121 ℃, 30min).

⑧ After the tank has cooled down, place it on the fermentation platform and install it properly; Turn on the cooling water, turn on the power of the air pump, connect the ventilation pipe to start ventilation, adjust the intake knob to adjust the ventilation volume appropriately, and keep the tank pressure at 0.05MPa; Set temperature, pH, stirring speed, etc., and calibrate the slope of the dissolved oxygen electrode at a determined speed and ventilation rate;
