Usage

The PG series concentrated and dilute tanks produced by our company have reasonable design, advanced technology, and automatic control, fully meeting the requirements of national GMP certification. The tank body adopts a vertical double-layer structure, with a polished inner liner of Ra0.45 and an external mirror panel or frosted board for insulation, making the overall appearance beautiful. The jacket can be filled with steam or cooling water to meet the process requirements, and the jacket is filled with insulation material. The upper and lower parts of the inner tank are all equipped with elliptical heads, which are smooth and free of dead corners. The mixing adopts vertical eccentric axial flow mixing. The top of the tank is equipped with a manhole, feeding port, reflux port, disinfection port, cleaning ball, and a (0.45 μ m) air respirator. The bottom is equipped with a feeding port, a liquid level sensor probe, and a thermometer port on the side. Equipped with control cabinet operation, it can detect the temperature of the medicine and display it, control the constant temperature, detect the liquid level height and display it, provide upper and lower limit alarms, and other functions.
